She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bell and Alma Bell (Fesser); her husband Robert Shadix, Sr.; her son Berry Shadix; and her siblings, Betty Reeves and Wilbur Bell.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Paula Shadix), Shawnee and Thomas Shadix (Laurie Moon); and her grandchildren, Chance Shadix, Lacie Moon and Lillie Davis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many extended family and friends.
