She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Freemont McGuire and Gladys McGuire (Fulmer); her sibling Lilah Ward; her granddaughter Deana Shay (Bob); and her son-in-law Roger Beason.
She is survived by: her stepfather Roy Hodges; her children, Pat Beason, Corky Ray (Janell), Becky Slate (Gary), Bill Maddux (Vicki), Rick Maddux and Meredith Maddux Thornton (Debbie Morgan); her husband Bob Collett; her daughters, Judy Jones, Cathy Gossett and Cheryl Vickers; and also Clint Dawkins. She is also survived by her 6 children, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
