She is survived by: her children, William Keith Maddux and Shari Lynn Martin Cathcart (Richard) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, William Jarrod Maddux (Monika) of Wichita, KS and Lacey Michelle Maddux of Tecumseh, OK; her great grandchildren, Noah, Cevin, Alex, Reznor, Mason, Kellan and Emma; her friends, Bernice Spoon, Betty Fly and Fran Cash; her siblings, Norman (Joyce Boggs) of Seminole, OK and Verna Goodpasture of Van Buren, AR; and her pets, Brodie, Fluffy, Oreo and Jessie.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Mildred's name to the Tecumseh Library, 114 Broadway, Tecumseh, OK 74873.
