It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Rex Herring of Shawnee, Oklahoma, born in Ada, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Rex M. Herring; his grandparents, Alvie Herring, Alvie Walker and Iva Walker; and his aunt Betty Welcher.
He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Mae Walker; his siblings, Jason William Herring, Gail Kelley (Pat) and Donna Herring; his nieces and nephews, Syndey Mae, Houstin, Austin, Wesley and Cherri; his aunts and uncles, Clyde Walker (Susan), Wayne Walker (Lynn), Howard Walker (Gina), Mary Davis, Laura Sessions and Daryl Coston; his grandmother Evalyn Herring; and his uncle Terry "Uncle T" Welcher.
