She is survived by: her former husband Charles Tade; her children, Charles Tade (Tami) of Bethel, OK, Bruce Tade (Michelle) of McLoud, OK, Jason Tade (Debi) of Houston, TX, Debbie Coy (Steve) and Ronda Evans (Bob); her siblings, Sandra Burton of Shawnee, OK and Paul Lyon of Tecumseh, OK; and her sister-in-law Mary Lyon of Shawnee, OK. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
