She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank O. Crockett and Edna L. Crockett (Davis); her husband James Michael Mahaffey; her children, Monte Livernois, Antoinette "Toni" Youngblood, Brent Livernois and Mary Danielle Mahaffey; her sisters, Rena Gail Stedman and Frances Prue Sturgeon; and her pet Tootsie Mahaffey.

She is survived by: her children, Keith Livernois (Marilu) of Katy, Texas, Rhonda Knight (Michael) of Jacksonville, Texas, James Mahaffey (Rebecca) of Woodville, Texas, Michael Mahaffey (Danyelle) of Missouri and Jason Mahaffey (Sirena) of Colmesneil, Texas; her sister Joyce Lee Driskell (Jim) of Panama City, Florida; her niece Lanette Schroer; and also, Beverly, Dara, David, Norma and Rose. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends.
