He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kershaw and Bonita Woodcock; his stepmother Jean Kershaw; his brother Larry Kingsley; and his nephew Larry Kingsley Jr..
He is survived by: his sister Nancy; his brother-in-law Larry Lucas of Shawnee; and his stepsiblings, Debbie Lee, Christinna Winters, Lorrie Brittain, Tracy South, Danny, Mike and Mark Cheatwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
