He is survived by: his mother Edna Deloris Collins (Lynch) of Shawnee; his siblings, Mike Collins, Barbara Collins-Sovereign and Carol Collins-Lindley; his grandchildren, Tierney Collins and Kason Collins; and his friends, George Lupton and Jack Meyers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
