She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Bohannon and Flossie Jean Bohannon (Hayes); and her sister Mary Bohannon. She is survived by: her husband James Leon Smith; her children, Jonathan Smith of Brookings, Kristi Johnson of Okemah, Angela Smith of Brookings and Amanda Stafford of Brookings; and her brother Johnny Bohannon (Annette) of Eufaula. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
