It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannie Vandenburg in Shawnee, Oklahoma, born in Atoka, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 22, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bonham and Thelma Bonham (Bonham); her husband Eddie Vandenburg, Sr.; her sister Jackie Hand; her daughter Karron Combs; and her grandson Arron Combs.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Brooks of Oklahoma City, Vickie Mortensen (John Mortensen) of Royal Oaks, MI., Becky Barrington (Dave Barrington) of Italy, TX and Eddie Vandenburg, Jr. (Chandi Vandenburg) of Rawlins, WY; and her grandchildren, Riley Combs, John Barrington, Travis Barrington, Kristen Perkins (Mortensen), Julia Mortensen, Rayah Vandenburg and Reagan Vandenburg. She is also survived by eight great grand-children and two great-great-grandchildren.
