He is survived by: his sister Karen Hawkins; his son Brent; his daughter-in-law Lori Dustman; his daughter Chanda Dustman; and his grandchildren, Talon Wolfe, Megan Melter, Matt Melter, Daniel Dustman and Hannah Dustman. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
