He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeke Boatman and Vita Boatman (Hughes); his wife Joyce Boatman; his daughter Jacklyn Boatman; and his siblings, Frank, Bill, Pete and Betty.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jana Garrison Sisney (Trent) and Jayme Boatman; his grandchildren, Faith Sisney, Porter Sisney, Randall Sisney, Daralyn Parham and Zachary Garrison; and his brother Joe Boatman (Pat). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
