He is survived by: his wife Phyllis France; his children, Gerald Jr. France, Russell France, Tony France, Pammy Franciski, Lisa Carr, Tammie Brimm and Rhonda Young; his sister Geneva Norris; and his grandchildren, Jerri, Jody, Shane, Cody, Brianna, Ryan, Mikey, Gina, Nicholas and Andrew.
