She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Johnson and Leota Johnson; her stepfather Ray Deaton; her husband Charles Kay; and her daughter Kelly Landreth.
She is survived by: her brother Bobby Johnson of Tucson; and her children, Kathy Kay, Judy Kay, David Kay and Mark Curren (Crystal). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
