With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Mofield of Shawnee, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Mofield (Finch) and Lonnie Mofield; his brother David Mofield; his grandparents, O. T. Finch and Anna Ruth Finch; and his sister-in-law Janice Pena.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his brothers, Glen and Gary Mofield; his daughter Amanda Mofield; his aunt Janetta Lee (Robert); his siblings-in-law, Michael Chapman (Susan), Oscar Pena and Sue Rigole (Louie); his nieces and nephews, Brian Mofield, Kami (Brian), Hannah Lanting, Scott Fuller, Nichole (George), Logan Bilanchis, Jacob Chapman, Dustin Chapman (Malia), Scott Chapman, Maggie Chapman, Jacqulyn (Tony), Peyton Leach, Brian Davis and Chris (Missy); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicole, Natalie, Andrew and Mark Chapman.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immanuel Baptist Church (1451 E 45th St, Shawnee, OK 74804).
