He is survived by: his wife Gail Curren Topping; his children, Frances Topping (Craig MacIntyre) of Shawnee, Wesley Topping (Tammy) of Tecumseh, Kristen Curren Capistran of Houston and Gerald Curren (Nohad) of Manassas Virginia; and his grandchildren, Sara Wegener (Matt), Tesslyn White (Kyle), Angus MacIntyre (Jennah), Samantha MacIntyre-Olson (Sam), Stormi Marlow (Kevin), Dusty Topping (Chevlyn), John Topping, Alexandra Schilling, Thomas Schilling (Tutie) and Dane Curren. He is also survived by his 14 great-grandchildren.
