She was predeceased by: her parents, William Porter and Dorothy Porter; and her siblings, David Porter and Luanne McMahan. She is survived by: her daughters, Katie Frost of Shawnee and Julie Turner of Shawnee; her stepdaughter Kim Hanson of The Colony, TX; her niece Kacey Bishop of Sparks; her nephews, Ty McMahan of Oklahoma City, Tim McMahan of Purcell and Matt Porter of Newcastle; and her siblings-in-law, Vickie Porter of Prague and Ron McMahan of Tecumseh.
The family has designated the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation as appropriate for memorials in lieu of flowers.
