It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caren Marie Bennett of Shawnee, Oklahoma, born in Talihina, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ardal Hayes and Frances Hayes (Hampton); and her siblings, Jerry Hayes, Lynna Rives and Sue Buck.

She is survived by: her son Robert Bennett of Kansas City, MO; and her sisters, Judy Wallace of Skiatook and Carol Wakeley of Shawnee. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
