He was predeceased by: his parents, Brad Roy Scroggins, Sr. and Jewell Scroggins (King); and his sister Aletha Scroggins. He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Ewing (Ernie) of Dayton and Renita Escobar (Byron) of Freeport. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
