in Shawnee, Oklahoma, after a long battle with cancer. Bill passed surrounded by his family.
Bill was born February 07, 1960 in Exeter, CA. to Bill and Pansy Patterson. Bill was a member of Hilltop Baptist Church. He attended Sequoyah Union Elementary School in Lemon Cove K-8 and graduated Exeter Union High School in 1978, where he excelled in sports, especially football. He joined the Navy and proudly served on the USS Bremerton SSN 698 Submarine from December 1984~December 1987 as a Machinist Mate Second Class. He received a number of awards and metals:

Navy "E" Ribbon
Navy Unit Commendation
Sea Service Deployment Ribbon with 2 Bronze Stars
.45 Cal Pistol Sharp Shooter
Submarine Service Insignia
He received an honorable discharge

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Bill Patterson and Pansy Smith Patterson, and one brother Robbie Patterson, one great niece Mykynzie Patterson.
He is survived by his wife Jeannie Mayberry Patterson, twin daughters Cheyanne Patterson and Lisa Patterson, 3 step children Anthony Sanchez, Natasha Allison, and Jared Fleeman, one brother Trevor Patterson, 2 nephews, 3 nieces, 2 aunts, and many cousins! He leaves behind a group of Shipmates that Lived and Enjoyed serving with Him onboard his Submarine.

Bill was a happy, friendly guy. He was always willing to help those in need! He was loved by many! You'll be greatly missed my Love…until we meet again! I thank you for your service Sir!
