We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2023, at the age of 84, Billy Partain Je of Shawnee, Oklahoma, born in Salina, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Knowledge and Zora Ellen Spencer Partain; his siblings, Zoretta Schoonover (Clarence), Mary Price (Ray), Lee Jean Edgar (John) and Virgil Partain Jr. (Wanda); his brother-in-law Kenneth Riley; and his son-in-law Bobby Summers.

He is survived by: his wife Charlene Davis Partain; his children, Pamela Benmore (Ross), Billy Partain Jr. (Tammy), Kitty Summers and Steven Partain; his stepchildren, Angie Robbins (Jerry) and Kendall Hall (La Rhonda); and his siblings, Joe Bob Partain (Cindy) and Janice Riley. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
