He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy R Ferguson and Mona D Ferguson; and his cousin Tim DeVaughan. He is survived by: his sister Kay Brake of Arnett; his niece Cari D Titsworth (John) of McAlester, OK; his great-nephew Layne Inselman of Los Angeles, CA; his great-niece Cianna Titsworth of McAlester; and his cousins, Terry DeVaughan (Rita) of Lakin, KS and Twanna DeLong (Kent) of Winfield, KS.
