He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Virginia Faye Steinle (Thompson); his brother Jerry Steinle; his brother-in-law Rex Barton; and his grandparents, Rhinehart and Bertha Steinle.
He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Huber; his daughters, Sandra Moore and Deborah Olson; his stepchildren, Sharla Bradshaw, J. T., Dan Benge, Danna, Brad Benge and Stacey; his sister Carol Barton; and his nephew Garrett Barton (Nadine). He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
