He was predeceased by : his grandmother Corlena Welch. He is survived by : his wife: Hattie of the home; his sons, Colton, Jett and Jax of the home; his parents, Traci Weeks (Kevin) and Jess Wales III (Kathy) of Woodward; his siblings, Josh Wales (Ally) of Oklahoma City, Skylar Hunter (Derek) of Moore and Blaire Beauchamp of Woodward; his sisters-in-law, Kristy Taylor (Clint) of Sayre and Joni Grayson of Washington State; his grandmother Laverna Dezort (Stub) of Woodward; his aunts and uncles, Jeff Wales (Teresa) of Woodward, Jimmy Wales of Woodward, Angi Pingry (Larry) of Woodward and Susan Welch of Emory; and his nieces and nephews, Cooper, Dailee, Preslie, Channing, Crockett, Nora, Judah, Parker, Kevin Hudson, Zane Meyer, William Frazier, Chance Suthers, Clint Taylor and Travis Anderson.
