It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Ruth Bay of Shattuck, Oklahoma, born in El Reno, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bomhoff and Helen Bomhoff (Crosson). She is survived by: her husband Norman Bay; and her sons, David Bay (Tammie), Mark Bay (Kerie) and Donald Bay (Mary). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
