He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Richard and Wanda L. Beard Cutter (Ruby Shirlene Cutter); his son Gary Dean Cutter; his daughter-in-law Janie Cutter; his siblings, Ruby Dickens, Velma Cutter, Lester and Chester Cutter; and his sister-in-law Cordie Cutter.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Cutter; his daughter Debbie (Rex Holloway); his grandchildren, Fourteen, Mindy Holloway, Jeremy Holloway, Cody Cutter, Rachael Munson (Chuck), Kelly Shipley (Kyle), Josh Young, Chris Coffman, Matt, Daniel Dollar and Sarah Craft (Michael); his great grandchildren, Kristen Carnline (Travis), Madeleine McAdoo, Joshua Munson (Chyann), Isaac, Katelyn Munson, Jack, Payton, Lawson Shipley, Zoee Dollar, Ruth, Rosie, Roman Coffman, Emelie and Evynn Coffman; his great great grandchild Jay Alan Carnline; and also, Jeff (Cynthia Young), Edmond, Jenny (Greg Cox) and Meeker Brenda (Steve Coffman) of Shawnee. He is also survived by Fourteen great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
