She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harvey and Ruth Marie Baker (Valentine); her husband Dale Leon Lively; her son Ken Dale Lively; her grandson Ryan Burk Lively; and her sister Rozann McFarland.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Lively (Vicki) of Sharon, Steve Lively (Cindy) of Sharon and Susan Lively Allen (Russ) of Guthrie; her daughter-in-law Tasha Lively of Mooreland; her grandchildren, Kurt Lively (Jarie), Kendall Schnoebelen (Jacob), Wade Lively, Wyatt Lively, Audrey Allen and Luke Allen; her great grandchildren, Skyleigh Lively, Blaire Lively and Kennedy Lively; and her close friend Ray Blakley of Woodward. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sharon Untied Methodist Church Memorial Fund with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
