We bid farewell to Darrel J. Henthorn of Sharon, Oklahoma, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 28, 2025 at the age of 87. Darrel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel J. Sr. Henthorn and Mary Veronica Henthorn (Everaard); his brother James "Dutch" Henthorn (Pat Henthorn); his former wife Tressie Mayo Henthorn; his daughter-in-law Kelley Henthorn; and his close friend Jackie Elledge.
He is survived by: his children, Darrel J. Henthorn, III (Renny) of Sand Springs, Chris Henthorn of Yukon and Erica Nail (Dennis) of Sharon; his grandchildren, Aubrey Henthorn, Zachary Henthorn, Caleb Henthorn, Jason Nail (Julia), Dustyn Nail (Tallie), Jennifer Giacomini (Joe) and Emalee Nail; and his great grandchildren, Haylee Nail, Maysa Nail, Zayne Nail, Elaina "Lainey" Giacomini and Jake Giacomini. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
A rosary will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Resurrection Cemetery (7801 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73109). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Resurrection Cemtery Chapel (7801 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73132). A burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7801 Northwest Expy, Oklahoma City, OK 73109).
