He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey C. Bien and Lizzie M. Bien (Fortson); his sons, Clayton Bien and Niel Bien; his sisters, Pat Rutledge and Bettye Maddux; his brother-in-law Merle Shore; and his granddaughter Sharon Kinsey (Morton).
He is survived by: his former spouse Francis "Deanna" Cook (Keener); his wife Sue A. Bien; his children, Bonnie James (Mike) of Vici, OK, Sandra Chesson (David) of Sonora, CA and Jesse Bien (Dee) of Tucson, AZ; his stepchildren, Tracie Nailon (Joe) of Woodward, OK, Sallie Loyd (James) of Sharon, OK and Jimmie Bullock (Kayleigh) of Fielding, UT; and his sister Linda Shore of Woodward, OK. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
