It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Belle Brown of Shady Point, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 19, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Jo Brown (Priest) and Roy T. Brown; and her brother John Brown. She is survived by: her children, Charles Petty, Jason Petty and Heather Petty; and her siblings, Elizabeth Smith (James), Brenda Brown, Denise Odeh (Ibe), Pam Pickle (Tim) and Allen Brown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous other relatives.
