He was predeceased by: his parents, Boise Lee and Floy Mae Barkley (Phillips); his brothers-in-law, Derrel Nelson and Charles Sexton; and his parents-in-law, Cecil and Leona Coleman.
He is survived by: his wife Viola; his sisters, Ruby Nelson of Wister, OK and Barsia Akers (Glenn) of Mounds, OK; his granddaughter Rachel Dienhart; and his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Kardokus, Rowdy Smith, Summer Smith, Luke Peros, April Hartman, Houston Baldwin, Justin Akers, Jessica Akers, Colton Akers, Gary, Patricia Akers, Braden Smith, Dillon Baldwin, Angie Sexton, Colby, Crystal Peros (Nick), Jeanie Hartman (Skylar), Terri Smith, Glenda Morrell (Jimmy), Mark Akers (Julie), Michael, McKenna, Alayna Akers, Max DuBuc and Katy Morrell. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
