She was predeceased by: her parents, John Samuels and Josephine Dorothy Samuels (Kile); her husband Richard W. Pepin; and her son Michael Dale Pepin. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lynn Winford of Golden, CO, Shelly Ann Ellis of Trinidad, CO and Thomas Pigott of Ft. Smith, AR. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; other relatives, loved ones and friends.
