He was predeceased by: his sister Minnie Yarberry; his grandparents, Elmer, Rosie Yarberry, Ocie and Louise Sweeten; and his brothers, Quinton Yarberry and Keith Yarberry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Haley Copeland (Chris) of Poteau, Tesia Brown (Eric) of Spiro and Hannah Duncan of Poteau; his grandchildren, Dax Brown and Tanner Brown of Spiro; his parents, Shaylin Yarberry and Virginia Yarberry; his siblings, Kim Griggs (Neil) of Fort Smith and Jesse Yarberry (Peggy) of Fort Smith; and the mother of his children Michelle Sinclair of Spiro. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
