He is survived by: his wife Geneve; his children, Harold Dean Arter, Jr. (Bonita) of Shady Point, OK and Regina Ann Nichols (Greg) of Poteau, OK; his grandsons, Brent Nichols of Poteau, Wesley Dean Arter and Spencer Lee Arter of Shady Point, OK; his sister Ferna Lee Nunley of Nubbin Ridge, OK; and his half-sister Ruby Potter of Cameron, OK. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
