She is survived by: her children, James and RaeNita Fowler; her grandchildren, Wes, Sabrina Fowler, Julio, Courtney Valdez, Cesar and Raychel Valdez; her great grandchildren, KayLynn Fowler, Cesar Valdez Jr. of Rosa, J. C. and Adriel Valdez; and her siblings, Clifford Weaver, Alford (Mary Weaver) and Joyce Smith. She is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
