He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthie Bell Davlin (Bland) and Benjamin Franklin Davlin; his son Seth Davlin; his grandson Tyler Davlin; and his siblings, Stanley Davlin, Luther Davlin and Dixie Stewart.
He is survived by: his children, Rev. Sandra Pierce (Mike), Sharon Johnson (Jerry), Sylvia Davlin-Trotter, Gean Davlin, Jr. (Susan), Sarah Davlin, Maureen Jones and Brian Simpson (Cassie); and his sister Mahaskie Stone. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
