She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alvin and Emmaline Polk (Goldsmith); her great grandchild Annabelle Elmore; her siblings, J. C. Polk and Lorene Salakar; and her niece Vicky Lane.
She is survived by: her husband Gene Elmore; her children, Sherri Blaylock (Thomas), Benton Elmore (Cassie) and Clinton Elmore (Jennifer); her sister Jeannie Hutchins; and her mother-in-law Mary Elmore. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
