She is survived by: her husband Butch Duchat; her daughters, Valerie Shinn (Sam), Kelly Ann Reed (Keith) and Cissy Bruton (Rick); her siblings, Ruth Ann Imre and Willie Don MIddlebrooks (Linda Sue); her grandchildren, Marlena Mainzer (Shelby), Ryan Wann (Ashley), Kelly Gist (Britney), Kyle Reed, Kristopher Reed, Katelynn Norris (Hunter) and Hannah Brown (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Riley Wann, Brooklyn Wann, Reid Lawrence, Blakley Hunt, Collins Mainzer, Cole Gist, Caroline Gist, Brylee Hoodenpyle, Taylor Hoodenpyle, Carter Lou Norris, Gracelynn Opal Brown and Madalynn Ann Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives.
