He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Woodson Rozell Sr. and Bobbie Louise Rozell (Wales); his grandparents, Chowan, Essie Wales, Ernest and Fannie Rozell; his siblings, Ronnie Rozell and Debbi Rozell; his nephew Cody Elston; and his siblings-in-law, Becky Yount and Rick White.
He is survived by: his wife Denise; his great grandchildren, Bryson (Alaina), Beckett, Ava Fry, Jaycee Layne Rozell, Luke Wilson Rozell, Melissa Marie Clark, Miranda Michelle Clark, Shaelynn Peck and Chase Peck; his brother Mike Rozell (Barbara); his nieces, Amy Rozell and Dustee Thurston; his nephew Michael (Jamie Rozell); and his great-niece Blazen Todd.
