He was predeceased by: his parents, Eual Smith and Lola Bell Smith (Riddle); and his sister Janet Archer. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Horrell; his children, Billy Paul Smith (Jennifer), Michael Smith (Catrina) and Tracy Young (Ron); his grandchildren, Trenton Smith, Dylan Smith, Caden Young, Alex Cherry, Dotey Smith, Natalie Johnston and Caitlyn Young; and his siblings, Clarence Smith, Gary Smith, Kelly Smith, Wanda Britton and Marilyn Lee.
