He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Williamson and Marie Addie Jones Williamson; and his siblings, Joy, Delores and Bobby.

He is survived by: his children, Shawn Williamson and Brian Williamson; and his siblings, Glen Ray Williamson, Neontha Harrison and Elizabeth Horton. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
