He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dencil Cook and Gladys Cook (Taylor); his cousin Edee Rogers (Erna Dee); his wife Debbie (Connally); his children, Lindsey Cook (Aaron Kristopeit) of Edmond, OK., Roger Cook (Michelle) of Jenks, OK, Chris Cook of Blue Spring, MO and Callie Fursse (Keoni) of Maui, HI; his sister Susan Miller (Johnny) of Edmond, OK; and his grandchildren, Jenna, Brylie, Kailani and Kale. He was also cherished by two nieces, many cousins, other family, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to a scholarship that has been set up in his name to support students in the PGA Golf Management Program at The University of Central Oklahoma. Please see the donation link listed below.
