She is survived by: her daughter Tami (Jason Herold) of Shawnee; her grandchildren, Kenneth (Dalena Brooks), Keeley Cook and Lexus Morgan; her brothers, Jerry Collins of Shawnee and Wayne (Wanda Collins) of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Brooks, Alexis Hopkins, Isabella Brooks and Jaclynn Brooks.
