He is survived by: his spouse Johnita Barnes; his children, John Starns of Pottawatomie County, OK, Jimilu Starns of Shawnee, OK and Susan Harris (Hiser) of Konawa; his sister Mary Jo Rains; his siblings-in-law, Dean Starns of Ada, OK and Jimmie Barnes (Deborah); his grandsons, Bodhi Starns of Ada, OK and Rance Starns of Ada, OK; his nephew Frank Jr.; and his nieces, Denise Austin, Allison Burden, Susannah Barnes, Rebecca Barnes and Linda Corliss.
