She was predeceased by: her parents, F. E. Hanna and Faye Morrow Hanna; her husband Walter Sutton; and her siblings, F. J. Hanna, Betty Evans and Geneva Leonard.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Perry and Jerry Sutton (Freida); her grandchildren, Bryan Perry, Todd Perry, Jared Sutton and Heather Presley; and her sister Delores Sanders. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
