He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurley Kelley and Mabel Kelley; his son Bryan Keith Kelley; and his brothers, Hershel and Danny Kelley.

He is survived by: his daughter Dana Kay Kelley; his former wife Betty Leggiero; his sister Ollie Roberts; his grandchildren, Michael Kelley (Christian) and Kyle Kelley (Destiny Villarreal); and his great grandchildren, Sarinna, Anacia and Ezequiel Kelley.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
