He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hart and Ethel Hart; his wife Patricia Ann Hart; his sons, Billy Eugene Hart, Jr. and Johnny Michael Hart; his brother-in-law Kenneth Russell Bartell; and his sisters, Willa Snyder and Earlene North.
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Hart (Janna), Teresa Dixon (John) and Tim Hart (Chrissy); and his brother Oliver Jimmy Hart. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
