She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herman Pylant and Willie O'Dell Pylant; her husband Glen E. Wheeler; her grandparent European; her siblings, Kathryn Sleeker, Dale Pylant and Jimmie Pylant; her children, Gaye Trivitt of Stillwater, Kim and Marilyn Wheeler of Stroud; and her great grandchildren, Kaemen, Gabe Coleman, Channing Wheeler, Evan, Liv Bilyeu, Owen Wheeler, Rae and Drew Bivin. She was also cherished by relatives and close friends and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, Billie has requested that contributions in her memory be made to Stroud Baptist Church, or Karman Legacy Hospice, 1311 S. Western Rd., Stillwater, OK 74074.
