He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Josephine; his wife Alice Rhodes; his children, Kenberly Louise Rhodes and William "Jay" Rhodes; and his sisters, Carol Ann Mika, JoEllen VonWiller and Sheryl Kissinger.
He is survived by: his child William James "Jay"; his grandchildren, Tara Meister of Enid, Jordan Rhodes of Clinton, Jared Rhodes of Clinton, Brandon Nowlin (Annette) of Clinton and Shannon Love (Michael) of Guthrie; his great grandchildren, Laikin, Braylon, Brynlee, Zavin, Zaviana and Mikey; and his friend George Swinford. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
