She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwin Kirkpatrick and Margaret Kirkpatrick; her husband Mike Rapp; and her son Kirk Anthony Rapp. She is survived by: her children, Chris Rapp (Chelli) of Hennessey, OK and Jenni Walters (Jerry) of Mutual, OK; her grandchildren, Ashton, Kaden, Kallie Rapp and RaeAnn Walters; her sister Janice Rahn; her sister-in-law Rhonda Rapp; her niece Deana Pogue; and her nephew Glen Rahn. She is also survived by many other relative and friends.
Memorial Donations in Vickie's honor may be made to the Seiling Fire and Ambulance with Redinger Funeral Home (Box 236, Seiling, OK 73663) serving as custodian of the funds.
